Iraqi police have arrested Commander of ISIS intelligence squad in the so-called Kirkuk Province, the Baghdad Post reported.
Security officials said the arrest was based on accurate intelligence information.
This comes after Friday's terrorist bombing in Daqouq district.
The province of Kirkuk, 255 km north of Baghdad, often witnesses terrorist attacks against security forces and civilians.
In December 2017, Iraqi PM Haider Abadi declared the liberation of Iraqi territories from ISIS.
The terror group captured large swathes of Iraq and Syria in mid-2014.
But the US-led coalition and the Iraqi army and allied IMIS militias led a military campaign to oust ISIS.
