Kurdish police forces, known as Asayish, launched on Tuesday an operation in search of ISIS terrorists who infiltrated recently to the district of Kirman in Kurdistan.
In a statement, Asayish said received intelligence regarding the terrorists who entrenched themselves at the foot of Bamu Mountain.
It added the forces attacked the terror enclave after receiving orders from the head of Asayish.
The forces arrested some unidentified gunmen and clashed with others.
They also confiscated weaponry and explosive possessed by the terrorists at the enclave.
