Three civilians have been killed in a blast at a hospital's building in Anbar's Rawa town, a security source said on Saturday.
He added that the security forces cordoned off the scene and opened an investigation into the incident.
The dead bodies were transferred to the forensic department.
Rawa was the last ISIS enclave in Iraq before the Iraqi forces pushed the terror group from it in mid-November.
The Iraqi cities are witnessing a state of insecurity and chaos as terror attacks target civilians.
Terrorist groups like ISIS and others are targeting those cities by booby-trapped cars, suicide bombs and other terrorist means in which the residents are feeling insecure and furious.
