Iraqi security forces found Wednesday a new mass grave, some 80 km west of Mosul, local officials told the Baghdad Post.
The grave contains the remains of 73 Yazidis, including women and children, who were killed by ISIS terror group, the officials said.
On Nov. 20, security forces found a mass grave in the area of Karzark, which includes the remains of 17 people.
The bodies of the victims had not been identified and were not expected to be all Yezidi Kurds.
On the same day, security forces found a mass grave inside oil wells containing the remains of civilians killed by ISIS terrorists near the Hamrin Mountains.
