New US military reinforcements in Tal Afar ahead of anti-ISIS offensive

US military reinforcements
New US military reinforcements arrived Thursday at a military base near Tal Afar in western Mosul in preparation for a new offensive to oust ISIS terrorists.

Military sources revealed that 10 US warplanes, equipped with combat equipment, weapon boxes and dozens of military advisers, landed Thursday morning at the Khariz base in West of Mosul, 35 kilometers away from Tal Afar.

The Tal Afar offensive comes after the full liberation of Mosul from ISIS terrorists.

PM Haider al-Abadi declared Mosul fully liberated on July 10th.

Iranian Militias in Iraq and Syria (IMIS) will not participate in the operations, due to international and local pressure, IMIS top leader Jawad al-Tulaibawi said Thursday.
In a press statement, Tulaibawi said that the US commanders and Kurdistan regional president Masoud Barzani pressured Baghdad's government to exclude IMIS militias from the operations.
IMIS militias are accused of committing sectarian genocides against Sunnis in Iraq to carry out a demographic change that serves Iranian Mullah's Shiite crescent scheme.
