Almost 200,000 Iraqi civilians have been displaced since the launch of the current Iraqi forces offensive to retake Mosul from ISIS terrorists, the UN said.
However, Iraqi minister of displacement and migration Jassim Mohammed Al-Jaf blasted the UN and its affiliates for falling short of honoring its obligations towards Mosul right bank's displaced persons.
He announced earlier that the number of displaced persons in Mosul's right bank alone exceeded 46,000, asserting that the ministry is unable to fulfill the needs of the increasing number of refugees and displaced people.
