Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jabouri announced on Monday that he will form a new political party under the title Civil Rally for Reform.
In statements, he added that he will run for the upcoming election through this party.
He pointed out that the new party will include a number of members of parliament, academics and tribal chieftains.
