Members of the Iraqi Parliament voted in favor of installing Qasim Al-Araji as the new interior minister and Irfan Hayali as new defense minister.
This came during the parliament Monday's session.
Araji is a member of Badr Organization, affiliated to al-Hashd Shiite militias (IMIS), while Hayali is a member of the National Alliance.
