One soldier was killed on Sunday night after an explosion rocked a military base in the south of Iraq’s capital Baghdad.
Media reports said the incident had taken place at the base of the 3rd Regiment in Albu Issa, near Dour subdistrict of Baghdad.
The blast was caused by an unexploded bomb left from the ISIS era, reports said without providing further details.
