The Iraqi Health Ministry has reported at least 1,200 new infections of the coronavirus and13 deaths in the past day.
In a statement on Monday, the ministry said a total of 1,668 patients have also been allowed out of hospitals across Iraq within the past day.
With the new reports, the tally now stands at 585,345, from which 522,637 people have recovered and 12,710 others died.
