Unidentified warplanes bomb IMIS, Hezbollah camps in Iraq

Tribal sources revealed Friday that unidentified warplanes bombed a camp in Iraq owned by the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Iranian Militias in Iraq and Syria (IMIS).

The sources further added that the bombing led to the killing of a number of IMIS and Hezbollah militia members and destroying stashes of missiles, weapons and explosives.

Within the past few months, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) stored tens of Fateh-110 precision guided artillery rockets in IMIS camps.

Kata’ib Hezbollah, which has six locations inside the Nukhayb desert adjacent to Saudi Arabia that have been in place since 2016, still refuses to implement the prime minister’s decision to evacuate Iraq’s international border areas with Saudi Arabia.

The militia has multiple leaders, and some have demanded an extension to review the military situation.
