A senior ISIS member was arrested on Friday by Iraqi security troops, near Mosul.
The militant was disguised in women’s outfits to escape police troops in the region, media reports said. He was hiding in a house in Achhala district of southern Mosul.
The reports added that the militant served as a judge with ISIS while the group was in control of the city. He is believed to be responsible for scores of death penalties issued based on ISIS Sharia law.
