At least four ISIS members were
arrested in Kirkuk province, the Iraqi Security Media Cell said.
In a statement on Sunday, the military said the militants were arrested as the
Iraqi intelligence service forces carried out an operation in Kirkuk.
The militants were involved in terrorist activities against the security forces
during the operations to liberate Mosul city.
Iraq declared victory against the militant group in late 2017, however, the
group's sleeper cells are still active in most liberated areas, imposing threat
to the national forces and civilians.
