US Senator Tammy Duckworth said that ISIS no more holds a territory. However, the group has not been defeated in the sense of personnel, as ISIS fighters still exist.

“They don’t hold territory, but they’re still very powerful, and they still very much have resources,” Duckworth stated.

Duckworth said that she was informed that many of the ISIS personnel got themselves intentionally captured so that they can use some camps to get fed and "become able to fight another day."

ISIS terror group still holds considerable financial resources, Duckworth  said.

As many as 30,000 ISIS family members including wives, widows and children are in internment camps, Duckworth said, adding that ISIS members are able to enter successfully into these camps and make payments to the widows.
