The Iraqi Parliament has urged drafting a draft law to block access to online video games in the country, considering them as a threat against the society.

"Part of the electronic games have a great effect on our youth," Kaabi said. He also argued that people waste a lot of time on these games, which affects their education and cause isolation to the community.
Several suicide incidents were blamed on the PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG), which has been gaining significant popularity among youths.
