first week of March witnessed 300 protests against the regime inside the
country, with an average of about 43 protests per day.
During the first week of March, 31 protests were organized by workers, while looted citizens organized 6 demonstrations.
Also, retired people organized 6 demonstrations in Tehran and several Iranian cities, while teachers and educators organized about 221 protests to denounce their financial situation, high inflation, late and low salaries. A number of three protests were also organized by students.
Moreover, farmers organized 3 protests, while merchants organized 5 others, according to the report. A number of 17 protests were organized by other components of the society, while prisoners organized 7 protests, including hunger strikes.
