A colonel in Nineveh police command confirmed
Thursday that the only some ISIS individuals, who are not leaders, still exist,
saying that they are hiding among citizens and that they get arrested.
"The organization's elements do not find the chance to meet
each other; they are no longer groups or cells, but dispersed individuals," said
the colonel, who preferred not to be named.
The security information cell announced on
Thursday, February 28 the death and injury of 14 people in a car bomb in the
city of Mosul.
The Ministry of Health said that the Mosul
bombing resulted in the death of one civilian and the injury of 24 people.
