Parliament Speaker Mohamed al-Halbousi has said that Iraq is going forward in the reconstruction and regaining, indicating that the support of the international community would boost the development process.
“The main challenges facing the country is the poor services and lack of job opportunities,” Halbousi said during a meeting in London's Chatham House on the main challenges and the requirements needed during the coming phase. “Job opportunities in Iraq do not cover the number of graduates, the matter which keeps adding to the unemployment rates; We need pre-prepared plans to provide services and jobs.”
