Jordanian PM arrives in Iraq to discuss cooperation

Jordan's Prime Minister Omar al-Razzaz arrived in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad on Friday evening, leading a large ministerial delegation in a two-day official visit.

Razzaz is set to hold talks with his Iraqi counterpart Adil Abdul Mahdi on the future of cooperation in various political and economic fields to serve the interests of the two brotherly countries.

The talks between the two leaders is slated to focus on ways of achieving economic integration between Iraq and Jordan, increasing the volume of trade exchange, agreeing on measures to activate trade lines.

Abdul Mahdi and Razzaz's talks will address the completion of the construction of the oil pipeline and review ways to improve the mutual cooperation in the fields of industry and investment.
