Iranian authorities arrested four people including a female reporter as
sugar workers organized protests to strike against unpaid wages and alleged criminal
activity committed by the factory's managers.
The arrestees also include two representatives of the workers, according to IRNA. The workers were from the Haft Tapeh sugar company, located in Khuzestan's Shush.
