Fried potato kebabs
The potato is incorporated into many of the nutritious and appetizing dishes you can serve on your table at various occasions. Here is a recipe for fried potato kubba.

4 potatoes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ kg minced meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves mashed garlic
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp coriander
¼ cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup vegetable oil for frying

How to prepare:
First, boil the potatoes in water over low heat until they become soft so that they can be roughly mashed.
In a medium-sized frying pan heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and simmer the minced meat on medium heat; add the onions and garlic and stir until the ingredients are cooked.
Then add salt, black pepper, coriander and turmeric, and continue stirring until the ingredients are mixed.
Make disks of potato stuffed with the minced meat and set them on a tray in the refrigerator for a while.
Place the breadcrumbs in bowl and the eggs in a separate bowl, and then dip each disk in the egg first and then into the breadcrumbs. Fry the disks in oil in a large skillet over low heat until well fried. Serve hot.
