Jordan closed its main border crossing with Iraq on Friday after a flash floods struck an area near the Dead Sea in Jordan.
The Karameh Border Crossing is the only border crossing between Jordan and Iraq.
The border crossing was announced open for the first time since 2015 in Aug. 29, 2017 after the Iraqi government managed to seize back control of its main highway to Baghdad from ISIS militias.
At least 19 people, most of them in a bus, were reported killed as the flood swept away the bus.
The bus was carrying 37 pupils and seven members of staff to the Zara Maeen hot springs area when it was washed away, officials said.
According to Reuters, around 34 people have been rescued from the area so far.
