Al-Maliki, the spokesman for the Arab coalition in Yemen, said on Monday
that the Houthi militia is taking sanctuary in mosques in violation of
international and humanitarian law, adding that it funds its war through drug
Maliki said in a news conference that the Yemeni National Army continues to liberate the areas controlled by the Houthi militia, adding that the total number of missiles fired by the Houthis on Saudi Arabia amounted to 205 rockets.
He stressed that the coalition is working to ease the suffering of the people of Yemen's Mahrah, which was impacted by Hurricane Laban, pointing out that the efforts of the joint forces of the coalition continues at all levels to support the Yemeni people.
He pointed out that all government authorities in Saudi Arabia participated to alleviate the suffering of the people in Mahrah, calling on all the good people of Yemen to communicate with the Arab coalition to facilitate the receipt of aid.
The colonel revealed that 22 relief outlets are operating at full capacity in Yemen, affirming the continuation of the air and land bridges to provide aid to the Yemeni people.
