KSrelief condemns violations of Houthi terrorists

Refugee camp
RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA: In this statement, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) strongly condemns the repeated violations by the Houthi terrorist militias that targeted Friday the Bani Jaber refugee camp in Al Khawkhah district of Hodeidah.

The KSrelief camp was targeted with three random shells, resulting in the death of a woman and several injuries of a large number of refugees living in the camp, which included children. KSrelief will continue to follow up on the developments of this incident with the Yemeni local authority.

KSrelief denounced this heinous humanitarian crime, which does not respect the principles of human rights and international humanitarian law, committed by the Houthi terrorist militias.

The Center called upon the United Nations, its organizations and the international community to stand firm against this humanitarian crime, in which the Houthis violated all international and human rights principles.

The Houthis have repeatedly committed irresponsible acts of looting relief and humanitarian assistance provided by the Center, and obstructing the arrival of some of this assistance to the people most in need. They have also attacked civilians, including women, children and the elderly, and intimidate them in the refugee camps.

In this statement, the Center calls on the United Nations to shoulder its humanitarian and social responsibilities against these Houthi crimes that have caused corruption in Yemen and its people.
