Sairoun, Victory and Al-Wataniya coalitions, as well as Wisdom Movement and Iraqi Forces Union have agreed on most of the main points to form Parliament's largest bloc, political sources said.
The sources underlined that Kurdish parties are in harmony with this alliance, which its members would be more than 225 MPs.
In addition, the sources explained that other influential blocs and MPs would join the alliance, including Bayaruq al-Keir (Goodness Banners) led by Khaled al-Obaidi and the New Generation Movement, as well as Berham Saleh bloc and Turkmen MPs.
Some blocs in Fatah are leaning towards reaching an understanding with the alliance, after failing to reach one with State of Law coalition.
The Parliamentary elections was marked by record low turnout. It was the first since Iraq declared victory over the ISIS group and the fourth since the 2003 US-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.
