Iraqi security forces have arrested three ISIS suspects in Tel Keppe town, Nineveh province.
In a statement, Security Media Center said the security forces seized an improvised explosive device (IED) and 10 mortar shells, as well as a local-made rifle.
The forces have also found and defused four IEDs in a house in Bashiqa district, according to the statement.
In addition, the forces cleared the village of Qabusiye from ISIS remnants, the statement added.
Iraqi cities are bearing the brunt of ISIS terror. Explosions, suicide bombings and assassinations are a commonplace. Many civilians and police and army personnel die in the aftermath of this violence.
