Iran threatens to target United States' bases in 112 countries

Observers said that the mullahs' regime still believes that it can enter a war against the United States, especially after Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif said that there would be no meeting with Washington in the near future following re-imposition of sanctions.

Asked by Tasnim news agency if there was any plan to meet US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Zarif said: "No, there will be no meeting."

He said there were also no plans for a meeting with US officials on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York next month, which both Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and his US counterpart Donald Trump are due to attend.

"On Trump's recent proposal (of talks), our official stance was announced by the president and by us. Americans are not honest and their addiction to sanctions does not allow any negotiation to take place," Zarif said.

Iranian media figure Ali Reda Farqani has threatened the United States to launch armed attacks against it, claiming that pro-Iranian suicide bombers would target U.S. bases in 112 countries.

Farqani said that Iranians are ready for war after Trump's administration re-imposed sanctions against Tehran.

He believes that the call for war by Iran would change the vision of the American and Israeli politicians towards the Iranians and will make them stop talking about the military option.

"You have to know that the next war will ensure the survival of the Iranian revolution and it will eliminate America. It will be a war of solidarity for all Iranian Muslims", Farqani said.

He warned the United States and Israel of the consequences of "threatening people who do not know defeat."

After comparing between the Iranian and American soldiers, Farqani said that the United States must know that if it entered into a war against Iran, Hezbollah's youth will expand the battlefield far beyond Iran's borders.

"In less than 48 hours, Hezbollah will carry out suicide attacks against U.S. bases in 112 countries", Farqani added.

Experts said that Iran's rejection to hold talks and its threats to attack U.S. bases are a complete sign that it has dismissed the possibility of holding negotiations with Washington.

They pointed out that that the mullah's regime will suffer from the sanctions, adding that Iran will carry out terrorist attacks in response to the re-imposing of U.S. sanctions.
