Iraq's federal police command announced Thursday that ISIS terrorists, one of them a suicide bomber, had been killed and a network of tunnels had been found in Hawija, southwest of Kirkuk.
In late December 2017, Iraqi PM Haider Abadi declared full liberation of Iraqi territories from ISIS. But since then, the terror group's sleeper cells carry out sporadic attacks against civilians and facilities.
