Former MP Ahmed al-Bedery expressed his hope for forming the next Iraqi government that would include all political forces based on efficiency, experience and integrity.
Bedery explained that talks are being held between winning political blocs in the parliamentary elections, however, he underlined that the talks are not in their final stage as the manual counting and sorting of elections' votes are not yet concluded.
He pointed out that the talks depend on the final results of the manual counting process, which are expected to be revealed in the next few days.
In addition, he underscored that the results of the manual counting of votes would encourage the political blocs to resolve the issue of forming the largest bloc in parliament.
The Parliamentary elections was marked by record low turnout. It was the first since Iraq declared victory over the ISIS group and the fourth since the 2003 US-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.
