Legal Expert Haider al-Sufi said manual counting of ballot boxes can reveal the manipulation of Parliamentary elections results.
In press statements, Sufi explained that counting the number of voting applications inside the boxes and if the number exceeds what is allocated to the boxes then fraud occurred.
He underlined that if there is a difference between the number of voting applications and what is recorded in the voter register in the polling station then there is electoral fraud.
The Parliamentary elections was marked by record low turnout. It was the first since Iraq declared victory over the ISIS group and the fourth since the 2003 US-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.
