Delegations from three political blocs will visit Iraqi Kurdistan region in three days to negotiate with Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) on forming the next Iraqi government, well-informed sources said.
The sources explained that three political blocs include Saairun Alliance, Victory Alliance and Sunni blocs.
They added that those delegations will discuss also the formation process of the parliament's largest bloc, which will be responsible for forming the next Iraqi government.
On Saturday, delegations from Fatah Alliance and State of Law Coalition arrived at the headquarters of the Political Bureau of the KDP to hold a meeting with the party's head Massoud Barzani in order to discuss the formation of the new government.
The Parliamentary elections was marked by record low turnout. It was the first since Iraq declared victory over the ISIS group and the fourth since the 2003 US-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein.
