The High Electoral Committee (HEC) decided on Sunday to form a committee in order to consider Kurdish parties objection to parliamentary elections results in Kirkuk city.
Iraqi people made their way to the poll stations on Saturday to cast their ballots in the country's first parliamentary elections since the defeat of ISIS terrorist group in December 2017.
Iraqi cities witnessed a low voter turnout.
According to observers who spoke to The Baghdad Post, this elections is considered to be the worst in the Iraqi history in terms of the low voter turnout. They cited rising militancy and rampant violence under Haider Abadi government.
