US President Donald Trump and French counterpart Emmanuel Macron said Wednesday Russia must be held accountable for the poisoning of a former Russian spy and his daughter in London.
Meanwhile, the British embassy in Moscow said Wednesday the Russian authorities circulate lies concerning the the Salisbury spy attack.
Prime Minister Theresa May said earlier this week that Russia poisoned Sergei Skripal and his daughter.
On Wednesday, British authorities expelled Russian diplomats and their families. Diplomatic vehicles drove them from the embassy in London to Stansted Airport, where they boarded a plane to Moscow.
