Iraqi Air Forces have targeted ISIS terrorists in two villages in western Kirkuk province, security sources told the Baghdad Post on Tuesday.
Iraqi warplanes bombed the villages of Nabiywa and Shanshinan in Sali district, the sources said.
The bombing was based on intelligence information.
However, the source did not announce the results of the bombing.
In December 2017, Iraqi PM Haider Abadi announced the elimination of ISIS terrorists from Iraq.
But the terror group's sleeper cells are still active in many districts of the country.
