Ambassador to Iraq Bruno Aubert arrived in Mosul on Sunday to review the Nineveh
reconstruction file and visit areas damaged during anti-ISIS operations.
The Nineveh governor and the governorate's board discussed with Aubert France's role in rebuilding the city.
On February 12, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian assured his Iraqi counterpart Ibrahim Jaafari that France would be committed to building Mosul University.
He added that French President Emmanuel Macron would visit Baghdad soon.
