Iraqi prime minister Haider al-Abadi on Wednesday said Iraq has overcome the economic crisis despite pressures and challenges.
He also added social protection appropriations make up about 60 percent of the budget.
As he attended a parliamentary session convened to debate the budget bill, Abadi said Iraq has prepared a generous budget.
On Davos Forum, Abadi said most countries are keen to protect the future of Iraq."There will be an international conference on reconstructing Iraq."
He also noted firms at Davos declared the security situation has improved and the indications are positive, adding they demanded facilitating measures and curbing bureaucracy for investments to flow to the war-shattered nation.
