Ambassadors of the world giant seven economies (G7) reaffirmed, during a meeting with Prime Minister Haidar Abadi Monday, their countries' "active" participation in an international conference for reconstruction of Iraq, due in Kuwait next month, according to KUNA.
A government statement quoted the ambassadors and representatives of the World Bank as expressing their support for economic reforms in Iraq and their active participation in the February 12-14 conference.
The World Bank, said the statement, finalized a report about Iraq's reconstruction needs.
Abadi said the government was serious and pursuing economic reforms, creating jobs and removing all hurdles facing investment.
