The International Conference, which will be held in Kuwait on February 12, will not be able to provide $100 billion for rebuilding the destroyed areas in Iraq, Iraqi economist Abdul Hussein Al-Monzeri said on Sunday.
He stressed that international companies and governments are fearing that corruptionin Iraq will impede rebuilding process.
He added that the UK has loaned Iraq $13 billion in which the UK companies will carry out projects in Iraq.
