Hakim calls for regional dialogue to end unrest in Middle East
Ammar al-Hakim, the head of National Wisdom Movement, has called for a regional dialogue includng Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey and Egypt to end the tension in the region.

Hakim's remarks came after an interview with the new Saudi ambassador to Iraq Abdul Aziz al-Shammari.

During the meeting, al-Hakim called for promoting Iraqi-Saudi relations in all domains, confirming that Iraq has overcome many crises during the recent period, the most prominent among them is ISIS defeat.

Al-Hakim also confirmed that the victory over ISIS would not have been achieved without the support of neighbours, stressing the importance of achieving economic development and rebuilding the country as a final challenge after the elimination of terrorism and sectarianism.
