The budget share allocated for the electoral commission is estimated at 500 billion Iraqi dinars ($420 million), the parliamentary legal committee revealed on Thursday.
In a statement, MP Ibtisam al-Hilali said that differences on the final quotas of the electoral law still exist between the blocs.
She also revealed that holding provincial and parliamentary elections will be postponed until next May.
