Sources lash out Reuters report claiming Hariri detained in Saudi Arabia
Sources asserted on Sunday that Reuters report on the detention of Lebanese Prime Minister Saad al Hariri in Saudi Arabia is totally groundless and untrue.
They added that contributor Lila Bassam, supporter to Mullah's regime and Hezbollah terrorist group, had edited Reuters report to comply with her evil intentions.
She was directed by a Hezbollah official to report such false incidents in order to help the terrorist group after Hariri resignation crisis.
Earlier, Reuters claimed in a report that when Hariri arrived in Saudi Arabia, he was not received by a line-up of Saudi princes or ministry officials, as would typically greet a prime minister on an official visit to King Salman
The report added that Hariri's phone was confiscated, and "the next day he was forced to resign as prime minister in a statement broadcast by a Saudi-owned TV channel".
The sources said that such claims are only helping Iran and its terrorist groups (IMIS) including Hezbollah to spread instability in the region.
