Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's visit to Russia represents a major importance amid the current turmoil that has engulfed the Middle East recently, according to observers.
They added that King Salman's first visit to Russia also aims to bolster new Arab-Russian relations, to end a long sour relation between Tehran and Moscow, that Mullah's regime used to further its influence in the region.

The visit, including talks in the Kremlin with President Vladimir Putin, reflects a rapid deepening of ties between Russia and Saudi Arabia, driven by a mutual need to stem a drop in global oil prices.
The two countries helped secure a deal between OPEC and other producers to cut output until the end of March 2018, but back competing sides in Syria’s civil war.
King Salman also urged Putin to reign in Mullah's regime to maintain the security and stability of Iraq, Syria and Yemen as they are ravaged by its sectarian militias that destroyed these countries' infrastructure and dislodged their civilians.
King Salman also asserted that the Gulf region and the Middle East stability will be guaranteed once Iran stops its terrorist activities in Yemen.
He also stressed the need for a political solution that will maintain both Iraq and Syria's security and stability.
King Salman urged the Russian administration to step up its efforts in combating terrorism and eliminating its funding sources, noting that the Saudi-Russian bilateral relation will help maintain the global stabilization efforts.
On his side, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his relief, as this visit gave him hopes to gain further rapprochement with Saudi Arabia.
