Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met on Wednesday with
Iraqi minister of Oil Eng. Jabbar Al-Allaibi in Jeddah, SPA reported Thursday.
Allaibi conveyed the greetings of the Iraqi people and its leaderships to Saudi
Arabia.
Meanwhile, Mohammed bin Salman sent the Saudi leaderships' greetings to the Iraqi government and people, stressing the Saudi government's keenness on Iraq's stability.
The Crown Prince confirmed Saudi's intention to develop and
strengthen relations in all fields in the interest of the people of both
countries.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral
relations and the joint opportunities in the economy, especially in the energy fields.
They also discussed the opening of land ports, direct
flights, encouraging trade exchange and investments from the Saudi private
sector.
They agreed to reduce oil production until the markets reach
the target balance.
