ISIS judge killed in Mosul by Federal Police forces

Iraqi Federal Police forces killed an ISIS top leader in the old city of Mosul, Federal Police commander Gen. Raed Shakir Jawdat said on Wednesday.

In a statement, Jawdat said that Federal Police forces killed ISIS' judge Abd al-Satar Mohamed Ali a.k.a Abi al-Hakam al-A'awar.

The statement added that the judge fired upon Police forces as they stormed a cellar, which he took refuge in at Mikawi street in the Old City of Mosul.

This comes as Iraqi security forces sweep Mosul and other Iraqi cities to cleanse them from ISIS remnants, after the fall of the terror group in the war-torn city.
