Four Peshmerga soldiers have been injured when an explosive device went off in Kirkuk, a security source revealed on Wednesday.
The source said that the explosive device went off, when a number of Peshmerga soldiers, riding a bike, were in al-Dibis district, located in northwestern Kirkuk.
Peshmerga soldiers have sustained different injuries and have been moved to hospital to receive treatment, he added.
Earlier, on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, Peshmerga forces foiled an hour long ISIS attack in Kirkuk Governorate.
Recently, US-led coalition aircraft has destroyed a column of vehicles possessed by ISIS terrorists in the district of Hwaija, located south of Kirkuk.
