Kurdistan independence referendum is not facing any legal problems, Parliamentary law committee chief Mohsen Sa'adoun said on Friday.
In a press statement, Sa'adoun asserted that the Kurdistani people have the right like any other nation in the world to decide their own fate.
He noted that 'now' is the right time for Kurdistan to hold its independence referendum as there is no legal obstacles to delay it.
Any one against this referendum will seize their arguments, as the decision in the end is in the hands of the Kurdistani people, Sa'adoun added.
He noted that all factions must ease this process, as the official authorities in the region issued the decision to this referendum.
