Arab-Islamic-US Summit discusses regional threats in Riyadh

GCC countries' leaders met US President Donald Trump to discuss threats to the region's security and stability as wells as discussing important issues during the Arab-Islamic-US summit held in Riyadh on Sunday.  
This comes within the meetings of the the Gulf-US summit,
The leaders of the GCC countries also aim at bolstering trade ties between the US and their countries. 

On top of the issues to be discussed during the summit is to complete building GCC countries' missile-defense systems along with promoting trade ties between Washington and GCC countries and means to enhance cooperation in different fields.   
The Arab-Islamic-US summit in Riyadh comes after two summits held in Camp David and Riyadh in 2015 and 2016 in which former US president Barack Obama had attended.   
During the previous Gulf-US summit, Iran's role in destabilizing the region and its interference in other countries affairs have been addressed.
This is expected to be one of the topics that will be highlighted during Trump's meeting with Gulf leaders in Riyadh.  
The two previous summits have addressed US-GCC countries joint military exercises, aiming at increasing combat efficiency of the armed forces in the Gulf countries.
