Former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein's granddaughter Banan Hussein Kamel al-Majid asserted that she will return to Iraq when justice return to her war-torn country.
In a press statement, Banan said that she hasn't visted Iraq, but she plans to visit the country in the future when law, justice returns.
When the bloodshed and sectarianism ends I will visit my country, Banan said.
Iraq is always in my heart and mind, being unable to visit my country won't change how much I love it, I will always be Iraqi and will raise my children according to my grandfather, mother and father's principles, Banan added.
Iraq is an occupied country, its resources were drained to accommodate the corrupt politician's greed, Banan said, stressing her ambition for better Iraq like the era of her grandfather.
