Iraqi joint forces have found two mass graves containing 90 dead bodies in Sinjar town in Nineveh governorate, a security source said on Sunday.
He added that these innocent victims have been executed by ISIS terrorists, adding that most of the bodies belonged to women and children.
In June 2014, ISIS captured large swathes of Iraq and Syria.
According to Amnesty organization, ISIS terrorists carried out execution-style killings targeting opponents and civilians fleeing ISIS-held territory, raped and tortured captives, used civilians as human shields and children as soldiers.
But, the Iraqi forces, backed by the US-led coalition, launched a campaign to oust the terror group of the two countries.
