Nineveh Ops. prohibits photography in Mosul to cover up IMIS' crimes

Nineveh operations announced that it has prohibited journalists and photographers from shooting any scenes in the devastated city of Mosul.

In a press statement, an officer from Nineveh operations said that any photographer or journalists who works in Mosul without an official permit will be arrested.

He added that some photographers and journalists use drones to shoot scenes from areas that has not been cleansed yet.

This comes as local and international human rights organizations accused the Iraqi security forces of deliberately destroying the city and its residents possessions during the war against ISIS terrorists.

They added that the Iranian Militias in Iraq and Syria (IMIS) have also committed human rights violations and sectarian genocide against Mosul's Sunni civilians.
